U.S. Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We use USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for processing and another 3 - 4 business days for delivery.
International Shipping
For international orders, we use USPS Priority Mail International or First Class mail with tracking. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and 5 -10 business days for delivery. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to the carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment, and your destination’s customs. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees to our warehouse and shipping costs in resending the order. Payment Methods
Larone Artisans accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
Sales Tax
Larone Artisans charges sales tax for New York State residents only.
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Restrictions
Larone Artisans does not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Larone Artisans is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Because our bags are made by hand and made from natural materials, some imperfections and irregularities are inevitable. After all, nobody is perfect! These variations should not be considered as defects but rather, should be celebrated as a characteristic of your bag's uniqueness! We reserve the right to not accept refunds or returns due to natural imperfections or irregularities.
If you are not fully satisfied with your Larone Artisans purchase, you may return non-sale items for a full refund under the following terms. Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days. Please note that all discounted and sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. For exchanges, please place a new order online and return the original item. This will result in the fastest delivery of your preferred item. Returns can be shipped, at the customer's expense, to: Larone Artisans Returns, 135 Gordon Way, Pacifica, CA 94044. Please include a copy of your order or your full name and last four digits of your order number. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method since we cannot be responsible for returns that have not reached our warehouse. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and shipping costs are not refundable. Larone Artisans will replace any bag with a defect due to manufacturing, but not as a result of wear and tear or natural variations. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees to our warehouse and shipping costs in resending the order.
Product Care
To make sure your Larone Artisans bag stays as fresh as the day you received her, keep her away from direct sunlight, wipe her clean with a dry cloth, use paper stuffing to maintain her shape, and store her in the dust bag provided.
