Refund policy

Because our bags are made by hand and made from natural materials, some imperfections and irregularities are inevitable. After all, nobody is perfect! These variations should not be considered as defects but rather, should be celebrated as a characteristic of handmade labor of love. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your Larone Artisans purchase, you may return non-sale items for a full refund under the following terms. Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days. Please note that all discounted and sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. For exchanges, please place a new order online and return the original item. This will result in the fastest delivery of your preferred item. Returns can be shipped, at the customer's expense, to: Larone Artisans Returns, 1426 Webster Street, Floral Park NY 11001. Please include a copy of your order or your full name and last four digits of your order number. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method since we cannot be responsible for returns that have not reached our warehouse. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and shipping costs are not refundable. Larone Artisans will replace any bag with a defect due to manufacturing, but not as a result of wear and tear or natural variations. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping fees to our warehouse and shipping costs in resending the order.
